• Roses

  Roses are one of the permanent, fragrant flowering plant, which comes in multile shades and colors. Rose is best plant to add in your garden. It is easily grown from cuttings in winters. And their flowers comes in multiple pettles which makes it more attractive. Some common varities of Roses to add in your collection are Desi rose(Mostly common in every Indian house), Hybrid Roses(Usually flowers are in big size), Minature Roses or Button Roses etc.

  We can say Dahlia the queen of winters. This is a seasonal flower, But the beauty of its flower rules over everyone's heart. It comes in dawarf and tall varities with single and multiple pettles. It flowers lasts for more than 10-12 days. It doesn't requries to much care , can be grown in normal size pot like 8 inches.   Guys this is my personal favourite plant. This is a perennial flowering plant, which gives flowerings in bunches. It comes in varities of colors. Each color has its own speciality. This is a easy to grow plant from seeds and cuttings. Diathus is a easy caring plant , But we just have to protect it from harsh sunlight of summers and insect attacks in monsoons. Any size and type of pot is suitable for this.
  

• Alyssum

  Alyssum in is annual flowering plant , which is easily grown from seeds. This is easy to care and can be grown in in any size of pots. It looks very attractive in hanging baskets. Its flowers lasts upto may month(Can't tolerates the heavy temperature of june-july). It produces tiny flowers in buches. 100 of plants can be grown from the seeds of just one plant.
  

• Marigold

  If we are talking about the winter flowers in India, and how can we forget our holy flower Marigolds. These flowers are in use from our mythological time. Marigolds are used in every Indian holy festivals, in pujas(worship), for decorations (like in marriages etc). This is easily grown from seeds and easy to care, can be grown in any size of pots

  Here we are talking about wax Begonia which is a winter flowering plant, but its plants lasts upto 1 years or more. This plant is famous for its shiny attractive leaves. But both are permanent plants, it gives flowerings in bunches only in . But flowers lasts for more than one moths.
  

• Asiatic lily

  Asiatic lily is a gorgeous winter flowering plant which is grown from their bulbs. You can add Asiatic lilies in your collection once and can save their bulbs to regrow them in next season. There flowers also used as cut flowers in bouquets. Asiatic lily comes in many colors, it us very difficult to choose a particular color for our collection, because each color is gorgeous.
